How have you kept your team motivated through the ups and downs of the past year?
We pride ourselves on communicating often and authentically, while also constantly showing appreciation to our people. During a time when so many folks have felt isolated, we felt like it was important to promote a sense of belonging and community to all of our employees, even those working remotely.
