Local High School Graduate Wins RJ Young Scholarship
Jackson, Tenn. (July 23, 2014) – RJ Young announced that Hannah Houck, a 2014 graduate of South Gibson County High School, is a winner of the 2014-15 John T. Crunk Scholarship, for academic achievement. Hannah is the daughter of Jeannie and Chris Houck, a RJ Young Assistant Service Manager in the Jackson, TN area.
“At RJ Young, our team members and their children are considered family and we are pleased to support one of them in achieving her goals,” said Chip Crunk, President and CEO at RJ Young.
The RJ Young Scholarship Program was established to assist the dependent children of our full-time employees with college expenses. The scholarships recognize these students for their incredible academic achievement and activities.
Hannah graduated Summa Cum Laude and 4th in her high school graduating class. She is an incoming freshman at the University of Tennessee-Martin this fall and is planning to attend law school at the University of Mississippi after obtaining her Bachelor degree.
