**RJ**** Young** announced in March the promotion of **Lauren Kail** to Regional Vice President of the company’s Northwest Region. She oversees the Memphis, Jackson, Tupelo, and Columbus, Mississippi, branches. She joined the firm in 2015 as an account representative in Jackson, Tennessee, before rising to the sales manager on the Huntsville, Alabama, team. In her new role, she'll lead the newly formed Northwest Region.
