Overview
RJ Young partners with the law firm to provide office equipment and a cloud-based phone system. The firm previously partnered with other vendors before switching to RJ Young. By combining services, the firm now has one point of contact for all their office technology. These upgrades have increased the efficiency of the firm which gives them more time to focus on their clients.
The Challenge
During the pandemic, the law firm needed to communicate with each other and their clients more than ever. Their current phone system was outdated and needed an upgrade. The existing office equipment was breaking down and required constant maintenance with service charges mounting. Some devices could not be repaired and required a replacement.
The Solution
RJ Young installed a new cloud-based business phone system that enabled the firm to communicate with clients, vendors, opposing counsel, and each other more effectively.
