Employee Spotlight – Morgan Bishop

At RJ Young, we are passionate about our people and love recognizing our employees for their hard work and contributions that improve both the culture and abilities of our company. This month we are excited to shine an employee spotlight on Morgan Bishop.

Morgan Bishop joined the RJ Young family back in October 2016 as a Customer Training Associate. Today, Morgan is serving as the IT Project Manager for RJ Young. Since starting at RJ Young, Morgan’s biggest accomplishment has been molding her position into one that allows for the implementation of collaboration between customers and her service team. She loves the chance to be able to work closely with both her co-workers and customers.

The main reason why Morgan says she loves working at RJ Young is that the positive company culture of RJ Young is truly reflected by all of its employees. She enjoys the fact that no two days are the same and that she is a part of a team where everyone enjoys collaborating and problem solving together. In her free time, Morgan likes to explore new hiking trails and camp with her fiancé. When she is not exploring the outdoors, Morgan can be found on Saturdays in the Fall watching Ole Miss football with friends.

Morgan is a valuable asset to the RJ Young family. Thank you for all the effort you put in to help take care of our customers, Morgan.
