His leadership has been instrumental in advancing RJ Young’s brand presence and aligning its marketing strategy with the company’s long-term vision.

A Nashville native, Kunce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. He lives in Hendersonville, Tennessee, with his wife, Erin, and their two sons, Henley and Kalvin. Outside of work, he enjoys restoring and driving his vintage Toyota Land Cruiser and attending live music events in Nashville.
